Life goes from bad to worse for Britney Spears as she loses custody of her two sons.
Yesterday California Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Spears must surrender custody of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to her ex-husband/back-up dancer Kevin Federline, from Wednesday until "further order of the court".When a court of law deems K-Fed a better parent than you are, there's something rotten in the state of Denmark. But the decision wasn't merely based on her pitiful performance at the VMAs. Gordon stated in a previous hearing that Spears was engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" and she was previously ordered to work on her mothering skills with a "parenting coach".
Britney and K-Fed had previously shared custody of the boys but he has been petitioning for a greater share. They still share legal custody but K-Fed has been given physical custody. They're reportedly due to go into court again on Wednesday.
