In lieu of actually releasing their new album, Radiohead have given fans a different kind of cerebral workout by posting a series of hieroglyphs on their dotcom.
Eager fans have deduced that the symbols each stand for a different letter of the alphabet, and that the codes represent the lyrics to the track 'Bodysnatchers', which is expected to appear on the band's seventh studio album. The first post appeared last week, and was deciphered as "Yes, We Are Sill Alive". It was followed by "Blink Your Eyes One For Yes Two For No Code Code Code". The latest missive appeared on Monday and read "Might Not Operate Properly", thought to be a reference to the social skills of the average obsessive Radiohead fan.
Radiohead are yet to sign a record deal for the release of the new album. It's expected to be released in 2008.
