Guitar great Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd has revealed that he learned guitar by mimicking the Beatles.
He told reporters at the launch of his 'Remember The Night - Live At The Royal Albert Hall' DVD, "I borrowed my first guitar of a neighbour and never gave it back. I've still got it actually."I was an enormous fan of the Beatles. I copied everything they did before I started creating my own stuff. I'd like to have been in the Beatles. They did well."
