Kool and the Gang are back with their first album in over ten years, entitled 'Still Kool'.
The masters of groove are going to combine their R&B, funk, soul and rock into a modern take on what they do best.If you think the band are getting old, they probably do too, so they've added a new member - 23 year old singer Jirmad Gordon.
Gordon was just 13 when they released their last album, 'State Of Affairs' and not even born in the early 70s when they had hits like 'Jungle Boogie' and 'Celebration'.
The album is self produced and was recorded in New York, New Jersey and Los Angeles.
It will be released through Universal.
