During a live aired set from The Stooges in Britain, their charismatic and crazy front man Iggy Pop made a bit of a racial slur which went out to air.
The BBC, which broadcast the incident, apologized soon after.Pop referred to the "Paki shops" in the north London suburb of Camden Town during a post-performance interview.
A spokesperson for the BBC said "We would like to apologise if anyone was offended."
