After months of denials, a DNA test has proven Eddie Murphy to be the father of Spice Girl Mel B's newborn daughter.
Murphy took the court ordered paternity test earlier this month after some bitter swipes as his former partner, Mel (real name Melanie Brown).A small feud erupted after a very bitter Murphy insinuated Brown had an affair with a close friend of his.
The daughter's name is Angel Iris Murphy Brown, although she claims the "Murphy" part of it is not named after Eddie. (I wonder if it's named after the fictional TV journalist who entertained us throughout the 90s?)
In other Spice Girls news, the girls will hold a press conference later this week, where they will make a "big announcement". A tour perhaps?
