The newly dubbed Lost Valentinos plan an East Coast tour to plug their new single '17 Deaths'.
Now that Sydney new wave hip-shakers The Valentinos have differentiated themselves from all the other bands of that same name, they get down to the business of putting together their debut album. The single '17 Deaths' was initially meant to be a one-off "meeting of minds" between the band and UK producer Ewan Pearson, who has previously worked with The Rapture and The Chemical Brothers. Their union worked so well that the producer will visit Australia to produce the rest of Lost Valentinos' long-gestating debut album. '17 Deaths' will be available on iTunes from July 17.
In preparation for their album, Lost Valentinos have spent two years refining their sound and picking up fans during Australian tours as well as jaunts through Europe and Japan. The single launch tour features all ages shows in Sydney and Adelaide.
Tour Dates:
Thursday July 26 - CBD, Newcastle
Friday July 27 - Gaelic Theatre, Sydney
Saturday July 28 - East Brunswick Club, Melbourne
Friday August 10 - Fowlers Live, Adelaide
