Korean superstar Rain was the center of attention in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday when thousands of fans turned out to welcome the star to their country.
Rain had a meet and greet at Bangkok's Siam Paragon shopping complex.The Korean star entered the complex with a police escort and waved to fans as he walked though the shopping center.
He then took to the stage to screams of thousands of teenagers who had waited all day for a glimpse of their pop idol.
The 24 year old pop star is considered to be Asia's Justin Timberlake.
In 2006, Time magazine named him one of '100 Most Influential People Who Shape Our World'. He was also listed as one of 2007's 'Most Beautiful People' by People magazine.
In 2008, he will make his Hollywood debut in the big screen version of 'Speed Racer'.
Rain will perform select dates in the USA in June.
