Missy Higgins Gives New Talent A Go

Missy Higgins chose 20 year old Alexandra Headland resident Josie Cubis to support her at her shows on the Sunshine Coast last week.

Missy held the contest in association with the Lake Kawana Community Centre and gave each of the unknown artists a 30 minute set before her own show.

Josie describes herself as a little bit pop, a little bit folk and all class. She has been writing songs since she was 14.
