The John Butler Trio has chosen Clif Bar as its sponsor for the upcoming US tour.
Clif Bar is a natural food company that promotes environmental awareness.Butler will promote environmental issues by practicing what he preaches. The JB tour bus will be using biodiesel fuel, offsetting CO2 emissions.
All printed material on the tour will be made from recycled paper and use soy based inks. Band merch will be organic cotton T-shirts.
Butler's 'Grand National' album was released in the USA last month and debuted at No. 1 on the New Artist Chart.
The album debuted at No. 1 in Australia, Top 20 in France and Top 30 in Japan.
