Wolfmother have written and recorded the new song 'Pleased To Meet You' for the Spider-Man 3 soundtrack.
The song was recorded in Vancouver by producer Dave Sardy and written specifically for the movie. Sardy also produced the debut album.'Pleased To Meet You' is the first new music from Wolfmother since they won the Grammy Award earlier this year. It may also be the only new music we hear from Wolfmother this year.
The next Wolfmother album is still more than 3 months from being started. The band will be touring until mid this year and won't head back into the studio to start work on the sophomore album until then. Timing for album number two is "sometime in 2008".
