During halftime of the NBA Finals game between the San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat, Hov announced with a three-minute ad that he'll be dropping a new album titled Magna Carta Holy Grail July 4.
The three-minute ad shows the rapper working in studio with producers Rick Rubin, Timberland, Pharrell Williams and Swizz Beatz, telling them, "We need to write new rules."
