New World Artists are excited to confirm that multi-ARIA Award winner, Drapht, is returning to Darwin for one show on Thursday, 25 July, 2013.
After going to ground at the end of last year’s Big Day Out Tour, Drapht has resurfaced with three completely new tracks (Tasty, 1990s and Salute), plus a sold out University tour across Australia. Now it’s Darwin’s turn.
It was a huge 2011 for Drapht with an ARIA No. 1 album with The Life of Riley, ARIA and AIR Awards for Best Urban Release, a 2 x Platinum single, a Gold single, a certified Gold album and three songs polling throughout triple j's Hottest 100. So, you could say Drapht is fairly appreciative and happy with how generous the year was, from beginning to end.
But now it's time to take it back, and give back to those that made it all possible in Darwin for one show only.
