Years later, the freindship and mutual respect remains intact and they've announced a special My Sydney Riot show on Thursday May 9th at The Backroom in Kings Cross.

Coming down from the massive theatres and entertainment centres they found themselves in while touring with Birds of Tokyo, Regular John will be setting up their equipment on the floor of The Backroom. There'll be no light show, no barriers, no gimmicks. Just walls of noise and psychedelic heaviness.
They'll be sharing the floor with local musical prodigies The Chitticks and Siamese Amelda.
