Due to overwhelming demand a second and definitely final Sydney show has been added at the Annandale Hotel on Sunday 10th March. So if you can't go on the Saturday because of either The Stone Roses at Future Music Festival or Jon Spencer or Nick Cave , IT'S ALL COOL AND THE GANG!
1984 – Hüsker Dü release Zen Arcade, an album which “exploded the limits of hardcore and what it could achieve… it's impossible to overestimate the impact of Zen Arcade on the American rock underground” (Allmusic)
1992 – Sugar release Copper Blue, an album that “combined Hüsker Dü's passionate intensity with a new, steely pop resolve” (Uncut) and won the prestigious NME Album Of The Year
2012 – Bob Mould releases Silver Age, which “arrives as a totem of Mould's continued influence on today's mainstream rock (Foo Fighters, Green Day) and indie-level (No Age, Japandroids) artists alike.” (Pitchfork)
2013 – Bob Mould finally returns to Australia, this time with his band to play selections from Sugar’s Copper Blue and his new solo album Silver Age as well as highlights from his immensely influential Hüsker Dü, Sugar and Solo catalogue.
Nothing more needs be said.
