Sydney’s THY ART IS MURDER have signed an international record deal with Toronto based metal label Distort. Joining the roster alongside Cancer Bats, Architects, Comeback Kid and Crossfaith.
THY ART IS MURDER’s latest album Hate will be released by Distort in the coming months. The band recently made history when the album charted at #35 in it's Top 40 ARIA debut, which was the highest debut by an Australian death metal band ever. The album made a huge impact internationally entering at #4 on the Canadian iTunes Metal Chart and #2 on the US iTunes Metal Chart.
THY ART IS MURDER are kicking off the ‘Reign of Darkness’ Australian tour in Adelaide tonight, which will see the Hate roll through Melbourne this weekend before hitting Queensland, Sydney and Perth. Dates and places below.
