Sounds like Justin Vernon, frontman and founding member of Bon Iver is calling a day with the band he formed in 2007.
According to NME Vernon responded with the following commentary to a question about what was the latest with Bon Iver whilst speaking to 89.3 The Current, " Winding it down. I look at it like a faucet. I have to turn it off and walk away from it because so much of how that music comes together is subconscious or discovering. There's so much attention on the band, it can be distracting at times."
Well, it won't happen overnight but it might happen.... afterall Bon Iver are set to commence an arena tour of the UK and Ireland in November this year. They'll kick off festivites on November 8 at London's Wembley Arena and run until November 12 when the band headline Dublin's O2 Arena. They will also play shows in Manchester and Glasgow.
