BOB DYLAN PREMIERES VIDEO FOR "Duquesne Whistle"

The Guardian U.K has premiered the first video to come from Bob Dylans 35th studio album "Tempest." Despite critics commenting that the album has a darkness about it, opening track " Dusquesne Whistle, " is positively buoyant and breezy. Check it out.
