The Bamboos have released a new video for their single, “I Never”. Featuring ARIA award winner Daniel Merriweather, the track is the second single from their latest album ‘Medicine Man’.
The video was directed by Timothy Melville, who has been building a reputation in the music-film world working with the likes of Big Scary & Loon Lake. Filmed at the Abbotsford Convent in Melbourne, the use of this huge, hauntingly uninhabited space draws you right in, featuring the charming Daniel Merriweather himself on a dimly lit stage.
The past week has seen The Bamboos begin their national 'Medicine Man' tour, selling out their first hometown Melbourne show. Punters at the first two shows of the tour were treated to special performances by guests, Daniel Merriweather, Megan Washington, Tim Rogers and Bobby Flynn as they joined the nine piece band on stage.
