ANOTHER LIVE MUSIC VENUE TO POSSIBLY BITE THE DUST

Brisbanes iconic music venue The Tivoli has a dubious future now that it has been put up for sale by its current owners.

The art deco venue that has hosted countless gigs over the years will go up for auction on July 18th. The current owners hope that it will remain a live music venue. However, one never knows who will purchase and what they will want to do. Apartments? Pokies? Indoor rodeo? Interestingly the venue comes with a freehold property close to the RNA showground which is currently undergoing redevelopment.
