Bass player Flea has confirmed via twitter that his band The Red Hot Chili Peppers will be in Australia for a tour in 2013.
In response to a tweet sent by a fan " Austalia tour anytime soon???" ,Flea tweeted back "yes, we are coming to australia early next year, can't wait to feel the connection to my birthplace once again" Speculation is that the band will be just in time for a Big Day Out slot based on their current schedule which currently takes them through to November 26 in Canada.
