This year Parklife Sydney moves from Kippax Lake to it's old digs deep inside Centennial Park.
The new location encompasses Loch Ave South and Brazilian Fields, has gently rolling slopes dotted with Moreton Bay figs and a variety of other trees. Sounds delights. Fuzzy Director John Wall has said of the relocation "Parklife started its life deep inside Centennial Park and while Kippax lake has been a great venue for the last 8 years, ....we've been itching to move back inside the Park for a while, so we're very excited not only to be there but right next to the original Parklife 2000 venue."
Parklife acknowledges the Gadigal clan as the traditional custodians of the land on which Centennial Parklands has been constructed.
The Parklife tourng festival dates and venues are as follows;
Parklife Brisbane Saturday 29th September Riverstage and Botanic Gardens
Parklife Sydney Sunday 30th September Centennial Park
Parklife Perth Monday 1st October Wellington Square
Parklife Melbourne Saturday 6th October Sidney Myer Music Bowl and Kings Domain

About Parklife by Parklife.
Parklife is a labour of love that started as a very small party in a park in March of 2000. We did it because we wanted to share the music we love with other likeminded people in a beautiful outdoor setting close to the centre of the city... and although it's grown just a bit over the last 11 years the idea is exactly the same: Music we love, smiling people and a great party amongst grass, trees and (hopefully!) brilliant blue skies, right in the heart of the city. Each year we do our very best to bring you the freshest bunch of artists in styles of music we think matter the most right now, constantly refine and improve everything about the show and give you a high quality Parklife experience. We want Parklife to be a brilliant, glowing day you and your best friends look back on fondly for the rest of your lives!
