Its a short film, in fact it's the newly released video for the David Lynch song titled "Crazy Clown Time" from the album of the same title released in 2011.
Your're either gonna love it or hate it. The word "creepy" has been thrown around, personally I don't find it "creepy" just another journey into the mind of Lynch and his exploration of what makes humans tick, the dark side of existence and contributing factors. The video and song narrate a suburban back yard party where everyone has been possessed by something, more than likely some good acid.........Check it.
