Beale Street in downtown Memphis is synonomous with the history of the blues and will host its annual Beale Street Musical Festival at Tom Lee Park from May 4 -6 2012 as part of the Memphis in May Festival.
The Beal Street Music Festival is famous for its diverse lineups that showcase an incredible amout of variety from wide ranging musical genres. This years lineup is no exception with an incredible and ecelctic lineup including ; Lupe Fiasco, Wiz Khalifa, Evanescence, Three 6 Mafia, Pitbull, Yo Gotti, , Herbie Hancock, The Bo Keys, Megadeth, Big K.R.I.T., Anthony Hamilton, Valerie June, North Mississippi Allstars, Florence and The Machine, My Morning Jacket, Buddy Guy, Bush, Gary Clark Jr, The Cult, Will Tucker, Valerie June, Robert "Wolfman" Belfour, Victor Wainwright, Black Lips, Jane's Addiction and two Memphis Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, Jerry Lee Lewis and Al Green.
