Word on the street is that Slipknot fans booed Marilyn Manson resultng in a drunken exit from the stage after his usual histrionics failed to impress.
The set ended ten minutes early as Manson who had openly talked about the fact that he was less than sober and yelled abuse at stagehands throughout his poorly received set. The booing acheived a cressendo towards the end of the set that saw Manson leave the stage much to the shock and confusion of organisers, fans and even his band. Sing it " The old grey mule sure aint what he used to be, aint what he used to be..."
Hope things work out better for Manson at the rest of his Soundwave shows, more for the sake of his fans than anything else.
