The big question for any Bruce Springsteen fan after the recent "Wrecking Ball" tour announcements is Who will play sax?" With the loss of Clarence Clemons in 2011 it is understandable that he can never be replaced, however what will the show be like without all those magic sax solo's that almost define the sound of Springsteen song of old?
Obviously the most recent releases including " We Care For Our Own" do not include sax solo's, however what is going to happen live when The E-Street band play "She's The One" or " Rosalita" for oldtimes sake? Soozie Tyrell ( announced as violinist for Wrecking Ball Tour) won't be able to cut the sax parts on the violin and let's face it we wouldn't want her to.
Having said that, Nils Lofgren ( Guitarist E-Steet Band) has let it slip that he doesn't know who it will be but there will be a saxophonist on the tour (even though the official E-Street Band member list did not include one).
