Victoria will play host to music festival Shine On in Victoria’s Pyrenees Ranges in November.
The three day Shine On Festival will feature headline acts: Shapeshifter Live (NZ), Big Gigantic (US), Wax Tailor (France), Ticon (Sweeden), D-Nox (Germany, Alexkid (France).
