Newcastle’s Fat As Butter has announced a unique line-up including Flo Rida, Naughty By Nature, Empire of the Sun, and The Living End.
In its fifth year, the Fat As Butter festival at Camp Shortland on the foreshore at Newcastle has gone all out with an eclectic line-up indeed.
US urban stars Flo Rida and Naughty By Nature will be joined by rock collusus The Living End, synth-pop prodigal sons Empire Of The Sun to top the bill and Brit DJ Sinden.
Then they have local heroes Sparkadia, Cloud Control, The Jezabels, British India and The Herd.
More hip-hop gets a look in with Illy, Funkoars, and Evil Eddie, and more indie pop appears with Jonathon Boulet and Owl Eyes.
There’s the rock dramatics of Calling All Cars and Redcoats.
Booty shaking beats come from Katalyst and Aston Shuffle live, Lowrider, Flight Facilities, Tenzin, Bombs Away and Zowie.
Fat As Butter all happens on Saturday October 22. Members can buy tickets from Monday August 1 and the general public from Wednesday August 3.
