Pete Doherty has been released from prison after serving just six weeks of a six month prison sentence.
It was the 32 year old singer’s third stint in prison in relation to drug use. He was being held at London’s Pentonville prison.
Clearly anxious to return to the stage, Doherty has announced a special solo show this Saturday, July 9 at at The Blues Kitchen in Camden, London from 2pm.
If you can’t get to that, you’re more likely to be able to score tickets to a short tour in a couple of months. Dates are:
SEPTEMBER
20 - Wulfrun Hall, Wolverhampton
22 - Babrican Centre, York
23 - O2 Brixton Academy, London
