The Grammy-winning, platinum-selling Californian gospel rockers Switchfoot prepare their new album.
The band’s last four albums hit the Billboard Top 20 and following their Grammy-winning last album Hello Hurricane, Switchfoot announce their new effort Vice Verses.
They recorded the album in their home studio with producer Neil Avron, who has previously worked with Weezer and Linkin Park, and it was executive produced by Mike Elizondo who has worked with Eminem and Regina Spektor and produced Hello Hurricane.
Lead guitarist and singer Jon Foreman said in a press release that the album is “an attempt to describe the polarity of the human experience. The sunlight and shadow. The highs and lows, laughter and pain, hope and fear, doubts and belief.”
Ambitious.
The twelve-track album will be released on September 27 through Atlantic Records.
