John Farnham will tour once again, this time to celebrate a Whispering Jack landmark.
Reports this morning of rumours that The Voice would tour again have been confirmed, with Farnham posting tourdates on his website.
The Voice is touring for the 25th anniversary of the highest-selling album in Australia ever – Whispering Jack.
He first declared himself done with touring in 2002 with his The Last Time tour, but as recently as last year he released the new album Jack and did a string of Day On The Green and regional shows.
This October will mark 25 years since Farnham released the monster hit Whispering Jack, which spent half a year at number one across 1986 and 1987.
Following it’s 20th anniversary re-release in 2006, ARIA notes that it has sold 24 times platinum.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday 21 June.
