Influential UK grime star Wiley delivers a new single from his forthcoming album.
Wiley can take credit for inspiring the UK electro hip-hop genre of grime, including stars like Dizzee Rascal, and had his own hits a couple of years back from ‘Wearing My Rolex’ and ‘Cash In My Pocket’.
Although he’s worked with artists like Daniel Merriweather, Hot Chip and Mark Ronson, his forthcoming album is all his own, hence the title 100% Publishing.
It’s his seventh album and all twelve tracks were written completely on his own, moving from R&B to glitch to soul and more.
The opening track, ‘Numbers In Action’, is available now and the full album will be released on July 1 on the Big Dada label through Inertia in Australia.
