A leaked track online is supposedly the first single from Beyonce’s forthcoming album.
The song, titled ‘Girls (Who Run The World)’ has slipped out on SoundCloud and industry insiders have suggested that it’s to be the first single from her long-awaited fourth album.
As you might have discerned from the title, it’s a track from the Beyonce stable of girl-power anthems (as opposed to her devoted-girlfriend ballads).
It samples Diplo electro dancehall project Major Lazer’s ‘Pon De Floor’, and sounds like it has a verse from rapper David Banner (but don’t quote us on that one).
The whole album is supposedly dropping in June.
