The next James Bond movie will be released on November 9, 2012 but it doesn’t have a title yet.
Sony Pictures have confirmed that two new Bond movies are in the production schedule after the studio took the franchise from embattled MGM.
Sony will co-produce the next two movies with the current working title ‘Bond 23’ and ‘Bond 24’. The studio has also announced that Daniel Craig will return as James Bond for the next movie.
Daniel Craig made his debut as the sixth James Bond in ‘Casino Royale;, the 21st Bond movie in 2006. He also starred in the next movie, the continuation titled ‘Quantum of Solace’.
‘Bond 23’ started production in 2010 but was suspended when MGM faced bankruptcy.
Production for ‘23’ will commence later this year. The movie will be directed by Sam Mendes, the husband of Kate Winslet. Dame Judi Dench has been confirmed to return as M.
Sam Mendes and Barbara Broccoli travelled to South Africa last week for location scouting.
