Tania Doko and James Roche have put Bachelor Girl back together for three shows to promote their first best of album.
‘Loved and Lost: The Best of Bachelor Girl’ will not only feature the hits from Melbourne’s pop band of the 90s bit also four songs recorded in 2002 and 2003 that ever never released.
Bachelor Girl broke into the Australian charts in 1998 with their debut single ‘Buses and Trains’. Their debut album ‘Waiting For The Day’ was awarded double platinum for sales over 140,000.
In 1999, Bachelor Girl also won the APRA Award for Song of the Year for ‘Buses and Trains’. It was the most played Australian song on radio that year.
The new tracks are ‘Radio’, ‘To Whom It May Concern’, ‘No Ordinary Day’ and ‘We’re A Natural’.
‘Loved and Lost: The Best of Bachelor Girl’ will be released on April 15.
