Minnesota minimalist indie act Low enlist John Stamos for a Hitchcockian new clip.
The band have just released their ninth album of dreamy, sad indie songs, C’Mon, and found a fan in Full House star John Stamos.
Oddly, Entertainment Weekly got the scoop.
They’re showcasing the retro video for Low’s new single ‘Try To Sleep’, where a dapper Stamos and a sassy dame take a greenscreen drive through the mountains that ends a train-related suicide pact.
Stamos told EW, "I'm actually good friends with their producer Matt Beckley and he had played me some of the record while they were making it. When it came time for them to cast the video, they asked if I'd like to be involved. I liked the concept. The new record is on all the time at my place."
