Dave and the Foos are streaming their new album in its entirety, three days before the official release.
No doubt the Foo Fighters have been blitzing everyone in the lead-up to the release of their new album Wasting Light – competitions, a documentary, co-hosting radio shows, insulting Glee, playing exclusive and charity gigs, gallivanting around the globe.
But they’ve gone one better. Not merely trying to hype up the album for sales when it emerges, they’re streaming the entire album online.
The band have put all eleven tracks and 48-minutes of rock up on their Soundcloud profile.
The page is already being hit heavily (it took us a while to get it to start) but have a shot anyway.
And Grohl wasn’t fooling about it being a ballsier effort than more recent albums.
Wasting Light will be officially released in Australia this Friday 8 April.
