Ben Harper’s first single from his new album is titled ’Rock N’ Roll Is Free’, so he’s giving it away, of course.
In the spirit of his forthcoming album’s title Give Till It’s Gone, soulful singer Ben Harper is offering his first single ‘Rock N’ Roll Is Free’ as an free download.

The buyable single, video and ringtone will be available tomorrow, April 1.
The Give Till It’s Gone album, which features guest appearances from Ringo Starr and Jackson Browne, comes out on May 13 though Virgin.
It’s the first solo album he’s released since 2006’s chart-topping Both Sides Of The Gun.
Aussies can get a preview of some of his new tunes when Ben Harper visits Byron Bay for Bluesfest on April 21 and 22.
