It’s supergroup day as the line-up additions just keep coming for the Soundwave Revolution festival.
At this rate, they’re likely to have exactly one million bands on the September festival.
Metal supergroup HellYeah (featuring members of Pantera, Damageplan, Mudvayne and Nothingface) jumped on the bandwagon by twitpic-ing the poster with “Australia, we are on our way #swRevolution”
So did new hardcore rock supergroup The Damned Things, which features members of Anthrax, Every Time I Die and Fall Out Boy.
As well as Welsh “ragga metal” group Skindred, started by the original frontman from Dub War.
And the Soundwave twitter added a fourth new act for today in Hollywood metallers In This Moment.
So after only a week the line-up goes like this: The Damned Things, HellYeah, Skindred, In This Moment, Every Time I Die, The Acacia Strain, We Are The Ocean, Whitechapel, Story Of The Year, Make Do And Mend, Madina Lake, Young Guns, This Providence, The Swellers, Terrible Things and Four Year Strong.
