Aerosmith have a new audience with thanks to singer Steven Tyler’s new role as a judge on American Idol but they don’t want to scare those fans. So, Aerosmith will release a ballads album.
The smooth, soothing sounds of Aerosmith are being compiled for ‘Tough Love: Best of the Ballads’ due in May via Universal.
Aerosmith sales have increased by 250% since Tyler became Idol so it is the right time to cannibalise, oh wait, I mean capitalise on the Aerosmith catalogue.
