Eclectic British indie stars The Go! Team reveal details about their forthcoming album.
The band made a splash in 2004 with their genre-bending debut Thunder Lightning Strike and cemented a reputation for vivacious music with their second album Proof Of Youth in 2007.
Their third album, titled Rolling Blackouts, looks to continue the sextet’s reputation as bold innovators, with flute, brass, steel drum, synths, and their trademark gang vocals.
The group spent much of the year recording the new album, occasionally popping up to air new songs at festivals in Spain, Singapore, Belgium, Ukraine and the UK.
Rolling Blackouts will be released on February 5, 2011 on Memphis Industries through Shock.
