Troubled actor/singer Lindsay Lohan will no longer be charged with the assault of a Betty Ford Center employee.
Lohan was facing the assault charge after an incident at the rehab centre on December 12.
Clinic worker Dawn Holland accused Lohan of being drunk when she returned to the clinic. She is alleged to have then thrown a phone at Holland and pulling another phone out of the wall.
Lindsay Lohan is still facing charges of felony grand theft after being accused of stealing a necklace in Venice, California. A hearing is scheduled for April 22.
