Katy Perry says on UK radio that she will crash Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding.
Gigwise reports on her interview with Capital FM while in the UK on her California Dreams World Tour.
She said when asked about the impending royal nuptials, “I’m not invited but am I going to be there? Yes. I’m definitely crashing that wedding”.
Perry also crowed about her love of British history, gleaned from her new husband comedian Russell Brand.
She said, “I love the history of Britain. Me and Russell watch things about history and we always want to go to the Tower of London. ''
As for the music, if Katy somehow sneaks in she’ll get to see performances from Prince Charles’ “official harpist” Claire Jones, the London Chamber Orchestra, and maybe even James Blunt, who claims that he will be playing the church organ for the wedding.
