Armed with a new band, album and single, Canadian crooner k.d. lang returns to tour Australia in November.
The revered singer has assembled a new band – The Siss Boom Bang – for her brand new studio album Sing It Loud.
It’s the first album she’s made with her own handpicked band since her first two records over two decades ago.
It was recorded in Nashville, produced by land and Joe Pisapia, and follows up her first Australian number one album Watershed of 2008.
The first single 'Perfect Word' has already caused a stir with it's strip-club clip, Sing It Loud will come out on April 1, and she’ll be here in the flesh in November.
Tickets to the shows go on sale Monday 18 April.
