Underground hip-hop king DOOM has postponed his Melbourne and Sydney after “deteriorating health”.
The producer and rapper, who has worked with Danger Mouse and Ghostface Killah and has his a track remixed by Thom Yorke, began his tour in New Zealand but quickly became ill.
Triple J reports that he played his first show in Wellington but pulled out of his Auckland show due to “deteriorating health”.
He subsequently rejigged his Sydney show from last night to next Tuesday 29 March, and has delayed tonight’s Melbourne Espy show until an undetermined date.

"DOOM sincerely apologises to all his fans and is committed to continuing his Australian tour.
The new date for Sydney Metro show will be Tuesday March 29..
All tickets for tonight's show will be honoured on the new date & there are still limited tickets available for the Oxford Art Factory show on Thursday 31st March."
