Troubled soul star Amy Winehouse scrubs up for a photoshoot and says she has finally escaped her drug hell.
The latest issue of Look magazine features a new interview and a photoshoot with Amy Winehouse looking healthy and pronouncing her drug troubles over.
She said, “'I've finally escaped from hell. Before I came out here I looked at a photo of myself in the paper and was horrified.
“My skin was a spotty mess and I was so pale and skinny. I thought: ‘Girl, you've got to sort yourself out or you'll be dead soon’.”
Winehouse was looking tanned, healthy and composed when captured by paparazzi leaving London pub The Hawley Arms late last week and the Look magazine photos, shot in London, show a very slim but smiling singer.
There is still no word about when she will produce a follow-up to the smash hit Back To Black album of 2006 but at least things are looking up.
