Trent Reznor Wins An Academy Award

Nine Inch Nails creator Trent Reznor has won his first Academy Award for his soundtrack for ‘The Social Network’.

Reznor and partner Atticus Ross, picked up the award for Best Score.

He beat A.R, Rahman ‘127 Hours’, John Powell ‘How To Train Your Dragon’, Hans Zimmer ‘Inception’ and Alexandre Desplat ‘The King’s Speech’.

Reznor and Ross also won a Golden Globe in January for the score.
