Super-producer Mark Ronson has confirmed he will provide the score for the new Russell Brand remake of Arthur.
Ronson told The Mirror in the UK, “I'm doing the music for Arthur. I'm just finishing it. It's my first time doing a film score and it's something I've wanted to do for a really long time.”
The film is a remake of the classic 1981 British comedy starring Dudley Moore about a wealthy playboy grappling with an arranged marriage with an heiress.
Brand plays the title role, alongside Jennifer Garner, Helen Mirren, Greta Gerwig and Nick Nolte.
The film was directed by Modern Family-director Jason Winer and is set for a worldwide release in April.
