Atlanta cult garage punks Black Lips are streaming their new, Mark Ronson-produced album online.
The band have long been revered in underground rock circles as cursed troublemakers and performers of the most authentic psychedelic garage rock around.
They’ve been signed to Vice Records for a couple of albums now, continue to tour like madmen, and have snuck onto film soundtracks like (500) Days Of Summer and Scott Pilgrim Vs The World.
Now Black Lips are on the verge of what’s set to be their breakthrough album, Arabia Mountain, which has almost entirely been produced by UK retro maestro Mark Ronson.
The heady, trippy sixteen-track album is slated for a June 7 release but you can hear the whole thing early here at Grooveshark.
