Irish pop star Brian McFadden is reported to have been arrested at Sydney airport this morning following a mid air tantrum onboard a Virgin Airlines flight from Los Angeles.
McFadden is alleged to have been drunk on the flight, started smoking in the cabin and burst into the economy section of the aircraft and started to abuse passengers.
Just a few days ago, he let his venom fly in a series of Twitter posts. “To all those dicks who think they are entitled to question my integrity! In the nicest way … GET FUCKED”, he wrote on Valentines Day.
In a later post he wrote, “I get uneducated tweets from people from a country I will leave unnamed. But fuck you are dumb and irritating and live your life by the tabloids”.
Unconfirmed reports say Federal Police are said to have been waiting for the plane to arrive in Sydney and arrested McFadden just after landing.
